GLOBAL WARMING

Like it or not, the uncertainty of another mysterious winter is fast approaching. Last winter brought about record breaking chills and frost to regions rarely experiencing them.

Florida experienced a month of frost that destroyed citrus crops and damaged the foliage of tropical plants. Washington DC shoveled snow like never before, and typically cold regions took longer than usual to thaw out once spring arrived.

What will be the winter stories of 2011? How will you keep warm?

It is said that when impending clouds shadow the sky with threats of rain, those of optimistic thought, look for a rainbow, regeneration of budding plants, and drink for the thirsty.

It is also said that when the temperature drops below freezing, those of optimistic thought, look for a fire, a blanket, or their lover.

One must smile with regenerate anticipation as we look around and see all the new moms bursting with last winters vigor. Like a rainbow that sometimes follows a torrential down pour, or the delicate green buds that pop out after the spring rains, so will there be new life brimming forth as a reminder of the chill of last winters freeze.

What will you do to keep warm this winter?
Some will rally around the fire with friends and family.
Others will indulge in their favorite indoor hobby.
While a few will be bringing forth new life.

Blessings to all NEW MOMS!
